The person charged me for work that he didn't carry out.I wasn't at home and my old mother in law was at home. He told me that the sensor was not working but he charged me for the thermostat and cable. He sent me photographs of the thermostat which he had not changed. He did not leave the parts that he had charged and lied to me that he was leaving the old parts behind.

The heating of the geyser has reduced post service. Was guided that this shall work for another 2 to 3 years but it's already not performing as expected.
