The person charged me for work that he didn't carry out.I wasn't at home and my old mother in law was at home. He told me that the sensor was not working but he charged me for the thermostat and cable. He sent me photographs of the thermostat which he had not changed. He did not leave the parts that he had charged and lied to me that he was leaving the old parts behind.

I want to know the breakdown of the charges. I paid 599 for installing a coil. 900 for the coil and then my booking charges. He made me pay in cash to buy the coil and then I could pay via the app. I had to gpay him. It was too much for just the coil change
