The professional came about 50 minutes late. And he came without tools . When asked he said he left them in his bike as it is was raining. The he cooly said it will cost Rs.2900. does it make sense to put that much amount on a Rs.3500 geyser? I might as well buy a new one. I strongly believe that he tried to exploit me. Even your company is to be blamed. Even after my repeated attempts your Dumb Yucy could not update me why the technician has not turned up ...
