He started the work on 4 April and finished it on 6 April. He also didn't bring material(red oxide) with him and brought it after my asking for it. He often disappeared from site for long hours. As a result, I was tied down with him and my own schedule was affected adversely. With regard to time, he was promising more and delivering much less. His manager also seems to have poor sense of accountability. Very Bad Experience.
