Fraud: Though payment is completed he is saying payment is failed and making me speaking with someone claiming urbancompany customer care .And that guy on phone is asking me to pay in cash and my refund will be processed in 7 business days . This is a total fraud . Very upset with Urban company. Very unprofessional fraud behaviour.

Bill total Rs 1400 paid for some spare items and service and tax included. Ie online Rs 288/- paid and in cash Rs 1112/- Invoice needed which is not getting reflecting
