Very disappointed in the service. Issue was related to geyser not working. Technician checked geyser and reported that coil, thermostat and light need to be replaced. I accepted and told him to proceed. Upon changing all parts, he noted job is complete however there is no power it the geyser hence I need to call an electrician. If power was out the unit, why did the tech change all the parts? Wasn’t it an electrical issue to start with? Maybe electrical power to the geyser was the only problem. I now have a geyser that has all new parts but still not working. I have paid the full amount of Rs 2,888 but would like UC to investigate this matter.
