I am extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the Urban Company partner who attended my booking today. When she called me, I was already on an office call, so my phone showed as engaged. She called twice, and I immediately put my office call on hold and answered her call to provide the OTP. Despite this, she spoke to me very rudely, loudly, and aggressively, repeatedly saying that not answering her call would create problems for her. I was not intentionally ignoring her call, and there was absolutely no reason for her to speak to a customer in such a disrespectful manner. I am a regular Urban Company customer and have used your services many times, including Insta Help, beauty services, electricians, and installations. I have always trusted Urban Company, but such behaviour from service partners seriously affects your reputation. Please look into this incident and take appropriate action. Customers should be treated with patience, professionalism, and respect. Any work-related frustration should never be taken out on customers.

First experience was really good. Second one,She was polite but seemed too tired by the time she reached my house probably was booked for too many slots due to over working .Was already tired to do her best at my place. What's the point in rushing everything and not cleaning properly.
