I had booked a service with Urban Company because my geyser was not working and was passing current, which is a serious safety issue. The service professional who visited my home said this was not his job, asked me to call an electrician, and spoke in an inappropriate and dismissive manner. This is unacceptable, especially as I have elderly parents at home and safety is a major concern. I expect better professionalism and proper resolution of the issue, along with a refund for the service.
