Geyser has fit properly, water is being leaked from geyser We informed the service person but he didn't come yet

He has visited for geyser service and didn't identify the problem properly just changed the geyser plug and when I have contacted him to rectify the issue he said he is busy for 2 days and charged Rs 380 towards plug and socket which costs around Rs 160/- . If the service partner is so busy with his bookings he shouldn't attend customers do nonsense with his lack of knowledge and greed. I sincerely suggest not avail any service from this person. UC should black list him.
