I had clearly requested a face cut, and the professional initially agreed. However, he began trimming my hair using a 1.5 mm setting without proper consultation. When I pointed out that the haircut was uneven, he switched to another trimmer and continued trimming without any guard, resulting in an almost zero fade on one side. Despite repeatedly informing him that the hair was uneven and specifically asking him not to over-trim the left side, he continued cutting it shorter. The result is completely unacceptable — the right side of my hair is approximately 8 cm long while the left side is barely 3 cm. The fade is poorly done, and the haircut is visibly uneven. What is even more frustrating is that instead of acknowledging the mistake, the professional blamed my hair texture and insisted the haircut was “perfect.” When I asked him to correct or at least minimize the damage, he stated that he could not do anything further. I now have to go to the office with a visibly uneven and badly executed haircut due to this negligence. I expect Urban Company to take this matter seriously. Please arrange for a highly experienced professional to fix this at the earliest possible time and address this issue appropriately. This level of service is unacceptable.
