He charged more money. Mine is a small geyser. For service it costed me 750 rupees.

Charging so much money to check and inform the issue. Repair with parts too costly can buy a new one

The person shravan who came did not even have a small screw driver. He was continuously asking somebody on the phone what to do and doing accordingly. He was unable to even open the geyser. He didn't use the meter to check if the current is passing and decided the thermostat is gone and it will cost 1600. Then when I questioned him he said he will close with a watcher of 108 rs and asked to pay that telling we did not pay anything online in spite of us paying the initial 250. He also dropped down the geyser while refixing it. Very unprofessional behaviour. After that when I denied he said he will reduce to 1300 the thermostat prices. Totally untrained and unprofessional this is not expected to need a resolution

It was okay. He didn’t need to use drill as we already had holes on the wall
