The professional did not install the geyser correctly, left without even checking if hotwater is coming

Poor Service even after spending 2 hr 30m of time. At first after inspection he suggested to replace heating element but after replacing there was leakage from pipe. Then he suggested to replace water pipe and he started fixing a new pipe which he was carrying but again for some reason he removed and started fixing back the old pipe with Teflon tape. Later when checked geyser is not turning ON after initial heating or cutoff. He inspected and replaced thermostat as it is not working and getting heated and slight spark when moving the wire connecting to thermostat. At last it got fixed and was working fine before he left. Later on that day it stopped heating and no light shown up on geyser.

The service person didn't bring the spare parts and the customer support executive Is giving the gyan that the customer has to provide the spare parts. Is it mentioned anywhere. i don't bring the gas when uc comes for the service and gas filling. I did not bring the spare parts for ac. I did not bring the chimney cleaning material and chimney motor repair parts. Is this not the ridiculous answer from your executive. Then what is the difference between and the other technician. Tell me
