Your partner replaced the Heating Element of Jaquar Geyser without informing the urban clap. Later upon his request, I accepted to book again for the service. I doubt whether the part is branded or not. But I am paying for the branded part cost. Secondly Rs. 288 from Rs.1,899 has to be adjusted if I prefer service from you. Third i have uploaded photo of the part where your partner had used a small part of the old one. Request you to kindly get back on these above issues

Service was good but I had to wait for one entire day as the Nawaaz did not have the tool and the next day despite confirming appointment at 12 noon I had to raise a complaint and get the service complete by 4pm.
