We had a very poor experience with this service provider. After connecting with him, we faced several issues—he unnecessarily replaced working equipment, provided false information about the warranty of my product, and tried to manipulate the situation for financial gain. I strongly advise others not to engage with him, as the service was highly untrustworthy and problematic.
