We felt we could have opted for lower priced part which was available, but professional didn’t give us a choice and asked us to buy higher priced branded part instead, so it costed us a lot more. Also the new part wasn’t shown to us before installing it in appliance. But otherwise his service was good and we’re satisfied with everything else.
