I ordered a Crompton Arno Neo 10L, 5-Star Storage Water Heater from Amazon. Since I hadn’t booked installation there, I opted for installation through Urban Company. I already paid ₹588 as installation charges. However, after arriving, the technician asked me to purchase additional items worth ₹710. In total, I ended up spending around ₹1,300 just for installation, which feels quite high considering the geyser itself cost me ₹5,200. I want to understand whether this is the standard procedure. These extra charges were not clearly mentioned during booking, and it feels unfair to ask for significantly more after payment. Please look into this issue and provide clarity or support. Thank you.
