The service person didn't bring the spare parts and the customer support executive Is giving the gyan that the customer has to provide the spare parts. Is it mentioned anywhere. i don't bring the gas when uc comes for the service and gas filling. I did not bring the spare parts for ac. I did not bring the chimney cleaning material and chimney motor repair parts. Is this not the ridiculous answer from your executive. Then what is the difference between and the other technician.
