Partner was very rude. Be requested for ar like he we cannot do servicing because it is there is an issue and and et cetera et cetera. He didn’t even properly check what is the issue and he didn’t even properly fix the issue. He just demanded money that you know you need to pay this amount or you need to do this and that, and when we were ready to do it, he was just denying that he can’t do

After servicing, which includes descaling, it's normal to expect the water to get heated more efficiently. However I find that the water is not hot enough and takes longer time to get heated. Maybe the thermostat has been set to a lower temperature, by oversight. With winter approaching, it's going to be a problem. Hope this can be set right by you.
