Professional was not clear on the ask, his intention was to loot money without providing service. I asked him to change on/off switch and he quoted me to repair pcb board and his behavior was very rude and adamant. He constantly blamed company for everything he was very miserable in his task and stated company has asked him to do so. Please do not consider this Professional for any service

Excellent service. He is the first person who could dismantle the chimney and clean the fan, motor etc. The suction has improved, the chimney is squeaky clean! We are booking the service from 2022 , each time we get a refund as the professional could not even dismantle the chimney! (One person even said he can do deep cleaning without dismantling!!!) Hoping to rebook with the service with him from now onwards.
