Partner was supposed to come back to us after the inspection. He said he will check for the switch and call us but just closed the ticket without servicing

He said we need to remove all our cabinets for him to access the chimney and remove it. When we said that wouldn’t be possible since that would involve a carpenter, we asked him to service it as much as possible. He then told us some part was broken ( it was not as that part is detachable ) and replaced it with a new part and charged us 3.9k and told me I’ll get the invoice in my phone which u haven’t to date. So I called him and asked him to share the invoice, he said I’ll receive it soon. Seems like a scam.

While cleaning the chimney, your service person has spilled some chemical in my granite top and it has white patches on it. Please get this sorted ASAP.

Could try to be punctual. Partner was late to arrive. Work was good. Also any requirements from customer also need to be given in your pre-requisites while booking. The partner asked for some things that we don’t normally use (wide bucket/tub).
