He said we need to remove all our cabinets for him to access the chimney and remove it. When we said that wouldn’t be possible since that would involve a carpenter, we asked him to service it as much as possible. He then told us some part was broken ( it was not as that part is detachable ) and replaced it with a new part and charged us 3.9k and told me I’ll get the invoice in my phone which u haven’t to date. So I called him and asked him to share the invoice, he said I’ll receive it soon. Seems like a scam.

The service of the professional was very bad. He gave his personal contact and told us to call when finishing touches are required. When we tried to call him, he is not responding. It is an incomplete service. The chimney is half installed. Very bad behavior of the service man and then we cannot even ask for a new guy to come, we need to book another slot. Very very disappointed with urban clap.
