We have been booking for chimney plate cleaning from 4 years now and till today we haven’t had such a bad experience. We had booked for deep cleaning but didn justify the meaning of deep cleaning .. It was supposed to be cleaned by steam machine but nothing they did in such way . Also plates and outer surface is still greasy . They have even used our scrubbers without asking and 2 scrubbers I had to throw in dustbin . Very unprofessional.
