When my wife is happy, then me as hubby also happy. My wife says she detail orientated. Sadly communication is a barrier. Nora really tried her best. And we appreciate her honesty and attitude. Next week i want her to come again.

Have her an hour to clean each toilet.. Told her I want it clean and to take her time to clean the toilets.. But the toilet wasn't clean.. I would have to wash the toilet after her..

A last min replacement i had to accept because UC did not have any other slots for me due to another replacement cancellation last min. Thou she had things i told her to do done but at bare minimum but had zero initiative. Bed not made. Floor with mattress not vaccum/mopped. Hang our towels on the window ledge (that level of hygiene) Took 45min to clean 1 toilet. Really can be alot better plus with more initiative.

I engaged a professional to clean the basin, but afterwards I noticed that the surrounding area was left wet and not wiped dry. In the end, I had to clean it myself. The professional also spent about one and a half hours ironing clothes. However, I found that many of the clothes appeared not to have been ironed at all. I have attached photos for your reference.
