Overall is acceptable. Seem to be unfamiliar with the chores and tend to not put back things back to where they belong (i.e took the pail underneath the countertop but left it at a corner of the toilet upon completion). House is still clean nonetheless but I would had preferred my regular cleaner. She was a replacement when my regular wasn’t available last minute.

She was a very pleasant woman, and it was clear she tried hard. However, the shower stalls were poorly cleaned, and perhaps not cleaned at all. There were streaks and stains on all the faucets and surfaces as well. There were grease stains on the stove.

Kyia is a very polite and pleasant lady 😊 She did a good job yesterday evening, and I can really feel the cleanliness — the floor is sparkling. I also took a video of the toilet this morning after our shower, and it’s still looking clean and well-maintained. Really impressed with her work. Thank you, Kyia!
