The usual cleaners usually were able to finish the same tasks all in three hours. She came to ask me 20 mins before time is up if there’s anything else to clean. But I checked that the kitchen dishes were not cleaned up and the TV console dust is not cleaned as well.

she completed all the required tasks within the 3 hours well. some improvement include being more thorough when cleaning eg moving loose items to wipe, vacuum and mop. Nonetheless, she did the cleaning more thoroughly after advice was given.
