Kalam Hasan & Haymar did a very good job cleaning my house just in time for Raya. They were efficient, knew exactly what to do, and required minimal supervision. I didn’t have to guide them much at all. They handled everything professionally and left the place spotless. They would complete wiping clean one area, and ask me to check if everything is ok before moving on to the next area. Really appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend their service!

Multiple locations not dusted or vacuumed. Rug not vacuumed, couch not cleaned, tabletop not dusted. They also took my dry mop! I was left on the day of handing over my keys with no vacuum having to do this myself with a lint roller. They did not vacuum under the bed either. Totally unhappy with this

Although we paid for Deep Home Cleaning services, we got lousy cleaning standards. Cleaners use feather duster to clean windows?! It’s so dirty! Very minimal use of machines, very old fashioned way of cleaning. The most annoying part is they did not shift items that are on the floor, thus an area of the floor was left uncleaned! Very bad experience with UC. Please arrange for management to explain to customer. We have took photos of all the problems. We will post them.
