Loved how swift and easy it is with him. It’s absolutely comfortable .

Thorough and clean.

Not sure if the serviceman is tired or what. Came for air con servicing however just did vacuuming when the service package have power jet as their selling point. However, servicemen did proceed to do power jet after reflecting to him. Furthermore, the servicing of air con procedure seems to differ based on different servicemen, as my father point out previous servicemen did additional steps to thoroughly clean while today servicemen seems to have not done the same thing and only proceed after commented to him. In conclusion, the servicemen seems unmotivated and not as good or proficient as compared to previous Myanmar servicemen but still did the job after comment.

Very polite, efficient and helped to clean up the place well after servicing.

The ac vents were cleaned in the bathroom and the bathroom floor was left full of the black dirt. The service person did not clean the bathroom floor properly before leaving

Did not power jet fancoil. Reminded service purchase include powerjet but still insisted.

Arrived an hour early. Did a good job in cleaning the aircon and even help to wash off all the dust in the toilet

Think he’s new and I’m having a LG aircon. He said he cannot remove everything out for cleaning and can only do filter washing and some basic vacuuming. We do not have problem with the previous technician who came, not sure why we cant choose our preferred technician now..

The aircon was dripping even after service. Technician says it needs chemical washing however after 2nd opinion with another vendor. The leaking stopped.
