He didnt even try to offer a geyser service but straight away said coil replacement (reason coil is not getting power supply) specially when the geyser was heating but just slower! I infact had to ask why cant we first service it and clean the coil and then decide and then he understood he couldnt just say anything and then agreed yes ok service it first if still doesnt work you can replace the coil! He called me to ask what is wrong with the geyser if i knew why would i call UC to come check whats wrong! Earlier geyser repair experience was very good hence called UC but this was just waste of my time!

Even doesn't try to check the device only visual lookup and claim that replace the gyser, worst technician for your gyser related issues. Don't waste money.
