Gave a 4 because: 1) I got the appointment today itself although the Partner called and informed beforehand that he was stuck with something and needs more time to reach 2) The Partner behaviour was very professional and geyser issue was resolved quickly. He also recommended to book one more UC appointment (whenever possible) as he found that the geyser may need some more cleaning/servicing from inside. Couldn’t give 5 because: Confusion for final bill. App does not provide proper help or support and rather leaves it to a chatbot to ask questions about additional labor charges in the app. Thanks.
