The person tried his best to get the part but there was a delay due to which my time was wasted . The executive was good and tried to make it work . Company is not supportive lacks parts availablitiy.. make a in house parts team for smooth functions

Did half the job. Cleaned the geyser from inside but water seeped into the temperature indicator. Replaced that with a substandard part saying that’s all he has. Didn’t clean the geyser from outside. Left the washroom in a bad condition. Charged me for two spare parts (return valve and hot water pipe) outside of his service and didn’t provide any receipt or rate card for the same. Extremely argumentative. Speaks as though he knows everything but none of that reflects on the service he provides. Even damaged the indicator section with scratches. Don’t fall for his rubbis

Without opening the product asked to replace the part and quoted high amount and was asking me to reject the UC call and will replace the part and want to make payment on his personal UPI.. Bad service from UC
