My job was for 1hr 10min. Professional ended up in 50min by 10am & did not close the job in progress even after 10:30. Wanted to stay making excuses that her app is not working. I request UC to share a job closing OTP as well Clean up was very ordinary. . Cut file & polish was bad. She did not knew how to even apply nailpaint. Paint was thick so left patches on nails. Couldn't apply properly covering whole nail. I asked her to apply covering edges & sides also. Had to redo my paint after she left. It wasted my time to remove & reapply. It was pathetic Amount for cut file & paint got wasted. Won't call her again. My time is precious. I really doubt if she has used genuine products on my face for clean up that I had booked.. Because she just showed me a closed packet & at the end of the service she was scanning a new packet. When I asked her that why have you not applied pack on my neck. She immediately opened some half open pouches from her bag saying these are left out of previous clean up. When she ended up using whole pouch according to her on my face .how can she save from previous pkt. Was carrying many half-used pkts. Must be saving from her previous job. She did not use genuine products on my face. Did not cut my nails for my Cut file & polish. Was carrying all dried up bad quality nail paints. I wasted my money today on Urban Clap. Will call from another app next time. BAD EXPERIENCE
