During the survey the UC partner was in hurry. And did not measure the wall properly. On the day of installation , he was 3 panels short. I have got my other 2 bedroom panels from urban company and the earlier carpenters were really experienced and did know what they were doing and last two time installation of panels was very smooth. This time the UC partner did not inform that cutting panels within the house will cause so much dirt and particles were stick all over the room walls, fan and AC. He did broom before leaving, but my bookshelf fan, AC and everything have to be done by us. As a customer it was not a good experience
