He checked my air purifier and said everything is ok which apparently looked. As soon as he left, the air purifier stopped working. I called him up to come back and recheck. He said aapko dobara se service book karni hogi. I said it means i again pay money to which he said wo to karna hi padega. He was very very rude while talking. I told him that I won't rebook the service but will talk to urban company. He said rudely theek hai urban company main baat karlo aap. I spoke to urban company and they promptly sent another technician who did a wonderful jo at no extra cost.
