Toilet seat is still not clean and there are still yellow stains. Kitchen door frame is not cleaned properly. Bathroom and toilet floor was not cleaned had to ask again to get the cleaning done but still there are black spots. Refrigerator cleaning was not done properly had to ask again to get the cleaning done properly. Also, they broke the ice maker storage box.

The main person who has booked has been missing and he left two urban company people and one person is not from urban clap. Our balconies were not done, web wasnt cleaned properly as spiders are moving on my cieling. They took 8 hours to finish 3 bed room house and that also couldn’t complete. Our sofa was still undone and carpets are also. They charged so much money saying that they will do it next day and the person isn’t picking the call. Im very disappointed by urban company. If you cant provide a good service dont charge that much money. The cleaning isn’t upto mark as there are water droplets can be seen on your bathroom tiles.
