The geyser was not heating properly due to a malfunctioning thermostat. After inspection, the faulty thermostat was identified as the root cause and replaced. The geyser has been tested and is now working correctly.

The service person was not professional at all. They seemed more interested in replacing parts rather than actually diagnosing the problem properly. Without doing a proper check or analysis, he recommended changing the geyser. Based on his advice, I bought a new one — but the issue still remains. Totally unsatisfied with the service and the careless approach. Would not recommend.
