The Geyser was working absolutely fine. I booked the cleaning Services which he today they don't service these type of geyser. But just to check he opened it & told the coil is weak, I said the Geyer is working fine so we don't need to change anything. Not sure what he did But the geyser has stopped heating ,it take lot of time, while before it was almost instant heated water. PLEASE HELP

The technician who came for the installation was inexperienced and unable to properly fit my product. I had to guide him throughout the installation process and assist him with almost everything, as he could not handle the work independently. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted both my time and money. Please look into this matter seriously.

The guy name sandip arrived late about 1h 10min ,he had to do service of gezar. Didn't do work properly, was in hurry and done 1 out of 2gezar, not also that we had to tell him that to clean the upper part of the gezar.
