I had already paid 288 for the repair of geyser. Since there was specification of geyser type to be electric or gas, I directly opted for just geyser. The person called me for address and I informed him that it is a gas geyser beforehand. He mentioned that we don’t work on gas geysers but then why is it not mentioned in the app. He did came to repair and saw that there was only cell change. Since the pipe was leaking he asked if we need that to be changed and we agreed. Post working on everything he started quoting higher prices than the app. In app the price of 18inch ss pipe is mentioned as 180 rupees per piece but he quoted 260 per piece and continually mentioned that he is using better quality and the prices mentioned in the app are very old. Additionally, he charged 180 rupees for the cell and 249 rupees for the repair as well when I had already paid 288 rupees for repair. So I had paid aprox. 1200 rupees just for 2 battery change and 2 ss quality pipes. I would have called a local person to get this done in way more cheap price. Worst experience ever.
