The consultation provided was misleading and lack of knowledge. The professional quoted high water pressure related issues and suggested for installing pressure reducer valves from plumber however there is already a PRV installed. Please make sure they can understand the issue and provide honest, genuine advice and solution. It leads to big time consumption. Bottom line is the consumer still ends with no solution after spending considerate amount of money.

He told that the part will cost ₹2200 plus labour charges . But I called company authorized customer service executive & they done the same work for ₹920 for part plus ₹200 service charge . Your executive didn’t checked everything well just by opening the geyser he said full power circuit is not working

The technician quoted an unreasonably high price and insisted on doing the work privately instead of through Urban Company. He was also unable to provide proper consultation, which left me dissatisfied. I ultimately did not opt for the service and ended up paying only the basic service charge of around ₹280. Not a good experience.

The way he spoke, I didn't have trust in the person. Diagnosis didn't seem satisfactory. He suggested to go for a spare part not listed in the urban company catalogue. As per other reviews, this seems to be a common trait for many other visits. Just didn't get the trust.
