HE has not done the service becoz it required two people closed the request and taken 288 rupees. I request urban compnay to refund my payment. While booking I never asked minimum services charges.

He has not installed any spare part in the geyser but charged for 2 parts I.e. thermostat and coil RS 2300. The part was not installed reconfirmed by other UC professional.
