The quote in person was 1000 rupees and I paid it on Google pay but on the app the charges based on the fixed rate card are entered as 449. I had already paid 288 when I made the booking and then paid 1000 in cash to the technician so I was charged 500 rupees extra by the technician.

It is not the fault of the professional you sent …. But you have a very wrong approach towards Geyser repair…… your person came and just checked if fault was electrical and told us to call the mechanic Is this fair ? ₹299 just to tell that you call Mechanic again for 599 Horrible
