Was expecting more Transparency. He got slight frustrated when I asked him to show the parts he changed and when I asked him if he used new products because we didnt see any box/cover of the new products used. Felt slight overcharged and he recommended work that I doubt was needed. Although I took the parts he claimed was old and not working properly or was due maintenance, but it doesn’t seem damaged/old to me and il get it checked outside to confirm if he played us or was honest.

Overcharged unreasonable prices over thrice the paid price and we had booked for installation of new heater he firstly charged twice the price for removing old heater and installing new one and 800 more on top of that to install a small connector which was not broken or something he had to purchase and then added labour charges on top of that
