The professional was highly unprofessional as he was more keen in pitching us to purchase a new filter. Since we denied from buying he had almost lost his interest in doing the job assigned to him. His helper misplaced the rubber nut to which the professional ensured he would use the one that he is carrying with him but since we were not monitoring him closely he didn’t fix the lost nut and when we confessed this to him he started giving excuses. The professional arrived late and gave instructions to his helper who was a newbie and left from our premises stating he has an unfinished job from the previous booking which might take an hour or more. Later when we pointed out at the helpers work the professional started blaming him for the mistakes while it was the professionals fault to leave the helper and go for the previous unfinished job. Overall we are unhappy with how the service was handled as we had to be after him to do things rightly.
