Can comment only on performance after few days of operation. But general observation is that the msn did a diligent, thorough job and was at it for over one and half hour.

Was going to use acid to clean the chimney. I requested him to wait while I got a groundsheet so that kitchen counter top & tiles will not be spoilt by acid drip. He was unwilling to listen .same as he insisted on dumping the solution down my kitchen sink,which I told him is likely to damage the plastic drain pipe . Kept the scrubber in the edge of the sink,where the acid promptly loosened the silicone sealant on the newly installed sunk. Overall I was stuck with a bigger cleaning job & repair costs of other items. This,after on his request,I allowed him to come early,as he had finished another job close by.
