I have had major issues with this service. The partner support who called me spoke to me rudely. The product motor part was dented when it came back after winding. The technician overcharged me 3k extra from the initial indication of costs. And the partner called from Urban company forced me to pay extra. Was going to use acid to clean the chimney. I requested him to wait while I got a groundsheet so that kitchen counter top & tiles will not be spoilt by acid drip. He was unwilling to listen .same as he insisted on dumping the solution down my kitchen sink,which I told him is likely to damage the plastic drain pipe . Kept the scrubber in the edge of the sink,where the acid promptly loosened the silicone sealant on the newly installed sunk. Overall I was stuck with a bigger cleaning job & repair costs of other items. This,after on his request,I allowed him to come early,as he had finished another job close by.
