I have had major issues with this service. The partner support who called me spoke to me rudely. The product motor part was dented when it came back after winding. The technician overcharged me 3k extra from the initial indication of costs. And the partner called from Urban company forced me to pay extra. Chimney requires two people to lift. UC send only one person. Must do changes accordingly. My mother helped him loft the chimney and now her stomach is paining due to it. Also, we had to call Faber person as after cleaning noise of fan has increased substantially. Not happy with Chimney service
