1. Technician says that he is only here to service the geyser and not clean the bathroom but he is the one who dropped all the scales from geyser on the bathroom floor. 2. Heating filament was rusted and I asked to change for which he asked money to buy. I countered him to pick from UC rate card, change the filament and invoice me later. For which he says he cannot do. 3. I tried contacting UC customer service. It only allowed me to chat. AI yucy is so stupid that it cannot understand my frustration but kept saying it can solve the issue. I tried explaining in detail for which it gave an option to pick technician rating which again is so stupid.
