Very unprofessional service. The technician took my geyser, collected 90% of repair cost in advance claiming he needed to purchase spare parts, and delayed returning it for several days. After escalating the issue to support, he returned the geyser without fixing anything—apparently because I asked for proof of work and clarity on the repairs. There was no transparency, and I am also concerned that additional damage may have occurred during this time. This has been a complete waste of time with zero accountability. Even the support team failed to provide a proper fallback solution, such as assigning the case to another technician on priority. Overall, this was not a trustworthy or satisfactory experience. I would not recommend this service.

Bharathi has done an excellent work. Very professional. He explained all the issue with the geyser and fixed the issue. He also ensured that there is no leakage after the work and everything is perfect.
