Had severe neck n shoulder pain she patiently removed all the knots and with the right pressure everything went well except the massage bed … it was shaky and made noises

The massage technique in itself was alright but the overall experience was much below average. - The masseuse was 15 minutes late with no explanation or apology. - The bed she carried along was unstable. With every slight movement, it wobbled. I felt like I was on a train sleeper berth throughout. - She spilled oil on my walls. The splatters are very evident. - She sat while massaging me. Probably not a big deal but I have never experienced this in earlier massages. - She took phone calls in between. I’ve used UC’s standard massage before and found it to be a pleasant experience. Thought I’d treat myself with the ‘Luxe’ version but it massively fell short of expectations.

Ms. Parvathy was excellent in terms of easing me and asking throughout the massage if I was comfortable. She paid attention to the areas like shoulders and kept kind to the pain areas.
