Booked to check the water heater for a water dripping issue. He inspected and said the water heater needs replacing in 2 mins no dismantling or unscrewing of any parts. I requested him to inspect the other as well and he said the same thing in another 2 mins. In total only 5 mins. He was only interested in getting two service payments of Rs.250 each even though he only performed a mere task and was not interested in answering any of our questions

Not sure if your technician is familiar with the repair. He mentioned that it’s difficult to fix the Racold heater and, after inspection, said the required part wouldn't be available in the market. Wasted my money
