As a regular user of the urban clap spa services, i felt a sea of difference between the service provided in Bangalore & in Chennai. Bangalore services are actually on a whole another level. Urban company should really step up their training in Chennai. None of the services here in Chennai is at par with Bangalore. This is not the individual's issue and hence i have provided 5 star rating. Urban company should really centralise their trainings.

She was very friendly.. and listened to my concerns. I felt the pressure was not enough and as the time passed the pressure went down.. I was not satisfied with the overall service. No diffuser was used, relaxing music was played for name sake. Head massage was not proper, no separate hair oil was used for hair oil. No complaints on her behaviour but the professionals service could be way better.
