Bad Experience. I do not completely blame the service person but mostly Urban Company for not taking responsibility. My geyser was not working and service person stated some parts were to be changed. I agreed only if genuine parts were used. Service person agreed and then dismantled the geyser. Later stated that original parts were not available. As I required only original parts as committed, he left the geyser in the dismantled state and left. Toilet was left in a very dirty state as well as kitchen. Multiple calls to Urban Company and they took no responsibility to either send another service person to repair the geyser and reinstall it or send someone to clean the message. Instead they left the service request pending and then changed its status as no work done. I am considering highlighting this lack of customer service to concerned authorities. I had to dispose of the older geyser and buy a new geyser which was installed almost immediately. I have realised that Urban Company is reliable for low complexity jobs only. For anything that is complex, it is better to go to the manufacturer. I have used Urban Company for so long and very disappointed with lack of taking responsibility. They promised that a supervisor will call but nobody called and instead changed the service request. I lost my money paid for the service and also had to buy a new geyser and also pay to get the toilet cleaned professionally! Zero stars!!

Just providing reasons for not doing from the time he came. Starting with bathroom ceiling panels which he didn't know how to remove, to ladder etc. just felt like he wanted to go by taking transportation minimum charges of 288

Installation was completed but my issues with plug point was not resolved as it was left in open creating chances for insects/ reptiles to damage the wiring
